Maybe I’m lazy, or maybe I’m efficient. I suppose it’s a little of both. But I am a HUGE FAN of life hacks.
Recently, I found two new life hacks that are making my life easier when it comes to two items I LOVE to have. Ok – one I don’t love, but I dod it anyway.
#1 – Sour Cream and Soft Tacos
Is it me, or do you just hate that the sour cream drops off the spoon, and then whatever you are spreading it onto goes all over the place. Clearly, I put my cheese where I want it. Don’t mess with my cheese.
Problem: How do I spread my sour cream around without moving my cheese, or tomatoes, or meat?
Life Hack: Spread the sour cream onto your tortilla prior to putting any food on it. BAM! There you have it. Sour cream in every bite without the stress of moving your cheese!
#2 – Coffee is too hot
Yes. Just laugh at me now. I’m a wimp, and I cannot drink coffee straight out of the Keurig. But when I put it in the fridge (yes – laugh again), I forget it’s there. That’s a waste.
Problem: How do I cool my coffee without completely losing track of it?
Life Hack: I put a coffee cup in the fridge at night. Then, in the morning, I brew my fabulous 8 o’clock coffee (the only kind I have found that I like). Once the coffee is done, I pour it into my chilled cup and add a little MCT oil. BAM! There you have it. Not so hot it will burn off your tongue coffee.
For those of you that know me and are thinking – she doesn’t drink coffee – I do now!
